How to use it

For households that go through olive oil fast. Cooking, finishing, dressings, all of it. The 1L dark glass bottle keeps light out; once open, use it within 8 weeks for peak flavour. Decant a little into a small pourer for the table and keep the big bottle in the cupboard.

Try this: Simple vinaigrette that lasts all week

In a jar: 6 tablespoons of Green, 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon of Dijon, 1 small minced shallot, a pinch of salt and pepper. Shake hard. Keeps in the fridge for a week. Let it come to room temperature and shake again before using.
