We want you to love what you buy from The Italian Grocer. If you are not happy with a product for any reason, we will make it right.

Retail customers: Return within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange to the original form of payment. Perishable items are excluded.

Wholesale accounts: If you or your end customer is not happy with a product for any reason, we credit your account. Return within 30 days for a full refund, except perishable items.

Damages and claims

Any damages or other issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Email donny@theitaliangrocer.ca with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

How to start a return

Email donny@theitaliangrocer.ca or call 604-506-3415. We will confirm next steps within one business day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is received.
